If Closing Goes Smooth
We will simply bill our shield protection to closing. You don't pay a dime out of pocket.

Once your shield is activated (usually within 2 hrs) you can begin uploading expenses to be reimbursed up to your shield protection amount. As an added bonus we cut you a check for half of the unused protection amount to spend however you like.
